Is this mechanic trying to rip me off or is this a reasonable price?

So it being my 1st car, not having any siblings or family, I’ve had to teach myself how to drive, and everything else. Onto what happened. Basically I had no idea there was different kinds of gas for different kinds of purposes (dumb i know) and it was my very first time ever putting gas in a vehicle I accidentally put diesel in my gas car (toyota Corolla 2015) at the time of filling, there was maybe 10% gas, the other 70% is diesel And drove from the gas station to home (about 3-5 miles) This morning when I woke up it wouldn’t start and now we’re here today. Their quote to fix the problem, is $1250, they said they needed to replace the fuel pump. Fuel Injectors, siphon the gas out of the tank and the cost was for the parts. & labor. $589 for parts $750 for labor
