veriton x4610g Part upgrading worth?

At the Moment there are

4x 2gb

I3 CPU

1ssd 128gb

I brought 2x8gb DDR3 1600 with the Tag for AMD. But i have Not Seen that the Mainboard can only Use 4gb in 1 Port.

There is a i5 2600 CPU

For all Upgrades i pay 50 Euros. Is this a worth Upgrade or Not?

And how much can i get for the 2x 8 DDR3 1600 i have to sell them
