soo am getting a pc and my friends told me its a good pc for that budget

cpu fan amd stock
550w aaidmax power supply
adr 5071 case
12gb ram
i heard alot of stuff abt the rx6500 xt some ppl say its bad some say its good and idk is there anything i should change ???
