Pro immigration people - do you hate us or just not understand why people are anti-immigration ?

I'm neither pro or anti.
What I'm sceptical is about the drivers behind being one or the other.
Some people appear to be Pro immigration because they're against the motives and attributes that they perceive of people who are anti immigration. Tropes like simple racism.
Anti immigration people not understanding that for some of their points about how the native population could easily do all the things that immigrants can do so therefore immigration is unnecessary.
So, I'm anti anyone who doesn't look at the problems as a whole on either side of the coin and assumes they blanket answers are ever going to be good ones.
