Libertarian to fascist pipeline theory

Hi, what are your thoughts on the title? I was on the libertarian right basically all my life except for 2020, I’ve gone over to the libertarian left, and with my time on libright I’ve watched a lot (and I mean a lot) of friends either go left or fascist, and I never thought I’d have to get to that cross point but I did, and I went left anarchist. Do you believe in the theory? Why or why not? And if you do why does it happen? I’ve seen “anarcho capitalists” espouse straight up fascists rhetoric. So what do you think?

Do you want to let capitalists live their life and do what they want as long as they don’t hurt others?

And how is "don't harm others" measured? Does Big Oil's pollution, capture of government, support for wars, count as harm? How about AI building data centers in the poorest, least powerful communities, forcing them to live with excessive noise, etc.? These determinations are why we have laws and government, to protect people from those capitalist who increasingly gain power.

Why do you insinuate that you have to go right or left instead of straight down, ie align with the axiom that all human interactions be voluntary? That is libertarianism at its essence after all.

I was already at the bottom, so it’s either left right or up .

That's what I'm asking though, why move from the bottom in the first place and stray from libertarianism?

I’m libertarian left, I haven’t stepped away from libertarianism
harumph@reddit
You have. To the right is libertarianism but with a caveat of capitalism as your economic system. The left the caveat is socialism. The bottom is truly voluntary as there is no implied economic system at all, it is strictly up to communities what they choose to engage in.

But you said "communities" which can force the sovereign individual to their choices. That is where people make the decision: shall I force my will upon this community to protect the sovereign individuals from being ruled by the community.
