Pulled the cover off my built-in this weekend and yikes. grease everywhere and spider webs in the burners. im planning to clean it up but wondering if theres stuff people forget about. like do i need to check the gas lines? what about the drip tray area. i actually used texas grill clean last year for a deep clean and they caught a couple things i never wouldve thought of, but im trying to save some cash and do it myself this time. any tips from folks who maintain their own?

Honestly the stuff people forget is usually grease buildup underneath and spider nests inside the burner tubes. Gas line leak check with soapy water is worth doing too before first startup
My system started looking insane last summer with random maintenance notes/photos so now I just dump everything into Runable after cleaning and have it turn it into a seasonal checklist for next time. Saves me from forgetting the same stuff every year lol

This is an advertisement. There are multiple posts in this sub and r/askdfw the past few days rhst mention the same grill cleaning business.
