Today people like to criticize Nvidia for having -60 SKU graphics card with 8GB, PCIe X8, and a 128-bit memory bus. However the 6600XT was the original modem card that did this.
With these cards, I would do with a Ryzen 3600 & B550 motherboard so you get proper PCIe 4 support.
It's also worth taking a look at LGA1700 and possibly considering an 11th Gen i5 on a 400 series board just for the PCIe 4.

3600 is better overall. 10400F can be better specifically in gaming, with tighter memory timing. As a bonus, 3600 puts you on a motherboard that potentially has an upgrade path (even if that upgrade path is preowned) -- so I would pick 3600 overall.

Thanks, i decided pick 3600 but my budget is really tight so my range of budget is only a520m-a pro.
