First time looking into a PC

I'm currently looking into building a PC and would like some help on whether this is a good build given the price?
Also, would there be any problems with building using these parts?

No, it should all work together, but I would go for a B650 board and especially a much cheaper cooler as $170 is too much for a 360 and a decent tower cooler also gets you there and use that money for either a 2TB drive or a 9060 16GB for example.

Thank you! I have swapped the cooler to a cheaper one (ARCTIC Freezer 36 CPU Cooler) and switched to an XFX 9060 16GB. For the B650 board, i wasn't too sure and went with a decently priced one.

From what I saw online XFX was a good option. Do you agree or would you recommend another manufacturer?

Looks good. For all intents and purposes the B650 motherboard is so equal to the B850 that I had issues finding actual differences.
XFX is good. With the 9060 there is no issue getting whatever card, with the 9070 I would stat away from the Sapphire card because of the fiery 12 pin connector. Do not forget the 5060Ti 16GB also exists, but locally for me the price difference is €110-150 and I could not justify that difference for about the same performance.

Yeah I also agree regarding that price difference. Thanks for all the help!
