Any feedback on the Fiido X 2025?

Hi everyone,
I'm looking to buy a folding bike and have been looking at:
- Fiido X 2025 - 1299€
- Fiido D11 - 999€
- Decathlon BTWIN E FOLD 500 - 859€
Right now, kinda going towards the Fiido X since it's in stock (the D11 will take 2-4 weeks), and offers the anti-theft battery (the D11 can just be removed, so I would have to loop a chain lock).
However I can't find that many reviews online, so wondering if anybody can give some.
Also, another thing I have been thinking, hence why maybe I should just go with the BTWIN, are the replacement parts, if they are easy to get or not.
The BTWIN E fold 500 is just kinda ugly XD ahahah I know... but compared to the fiido! i mean, it's slightly heavier which is important for me to climb a couple flights of stairs, and less range too.
Thank you everyone,
And happy Thursday!

I think about buying the Fiido x 25, too.
I can’t give you feedback on it but I can tell you why I consider it.
I live in Berlin, a big flat city. The motor is not the strongest with its 32nm but it also doesn’t draw a lot of power, hence why you can get ~70-80km (highest setting real world scenario) out of it.
It looks good. It looks like „yes ofc I take this to the office“ and doesn’t give „I’m 60 years old“ vibes.
In Germany, you don’t need need a train ticket for a foldable bike. I have a garden at the Baltic Sea, can go there by train (take the bike with me for free) and use it for the 20km from the train station to my garden, no problem.
It should be comfortable and puncture proof if you buy the fattest Schwalbe Big Apple+ tires it can take. It allows for a big basket.
To me this bike is like these newer lime bikes you can rent, just you don’t have to rent it a anymore and if you want this to be your daily commuter and you don’t live in the alps I’d say: go for it.

What about if you need to replace some parts? Do you think they can be easy to get? Specially a battery, I’m assuming if this used often after a few years you would need to replace it.

Getting parts in general — no, not easy. Your best bet is being friends with a bike mechanic. Reason is that there’s not much space in the frame (breaks, sprockets, chain etc is easy to replace).
Battery you can order from Fiido directly for a couple hundred bucks but honestly I think they’re saying the battery is good for 800/900 charges (doesn’t mean it’ll die instantly on you after 800 charges) and from what I’ve read the battery lost 5% of its capability after ~500 charges.
If this is your commuter, you most likely have to charge it once a week, so that’s 800weeks, so that’s 15 years. Honestly I would buy the bike and if I use it often probably buy a new battery after 2-3 years of the technology didn’t evolve so much I want a new ebike.

The website though mentions to messages them about stock, but yeah hopefully the battery is good!
Thank you so much, I appreciate it. It helped being a bit more comfortable in buying this having someone else’s opinion!
And now it’s even cheaper so!
Are you gonna buy it soon? I also saw that it’s easy to build and they give all the necessary tools for it, which is a plus for me

Yea it typically sells for 1500 and goes down to 1300 very often. Right now I’m trying to sell my gravelbike and buy the Fiido right after. For stock it depends on your location. In Europe, they have stock in Poland and ship within a couple days. Heard it can take a month or 2 when you’re in the US

Ah okay didn’t know if came down to 1300 often! Awesome! Yeah I’m also in Europe too :)

It was 1300 a couple weeks ago, then 1500 for two weeks and now it’s 1300 again so I guess they go down to that all the time. Also, here in Berlin I see the Fiido x every now and then if that helps :)
