A piece came off my motherboard

I bought a used MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk. While installing it, i noticed a component that was not in it's place. It's kind of near the first PCIe slot towards the rear side.
It probably needs to get fixed and I shouldn't turn it on, right? I don't want it to potentially damage my GPU as well.

Thats a 2N7002 MOSFET, it probably came that way.

Yeah, I just checked out the listing, it was already like this on the picture. The seller says he takes it back. Is it probably a big issue, so I should return it?
