What shall I do for my wedding anniversary?

As long as you make an effort I’m sure she’ll love it. Right now she’s probably tired and sore and feels like a child rearing machine, celebrating her and celebrating her as a wonderful woman and wife would probably be really appreciated. If the baby is clingy maybe start with a lie in and breakfast in bed, some time for a long shower/ bath. Going out may be tricky but you could order afternoon tea in, I’m sure there are places you can buy a kit. Could do a lux day in with your favourite movie and snacks and slideshow of pictures of you two. Are there any beauty appointments she usually likes to have? Hair/nails - either book (and circle the salon with fussy baby if needed) or can you see if you can get someone to come to you? Could even get yourself a pedi at the same time - it’s sandals season and men should enjoy a nice bit of pampering as well. Her friends/family may be able to help you if you don’t know specifications. A walk and a bit of a picnic sounds lovely (maybe hit up m&s for a spread). Maybe a new toy/ book for toddler during it to keep them distracted. If you wanted bonus points you could organise someone to clean the house while you’re out - I’m sure coming how it a clean house and fresh sheets would be nice and could always offer friends/family some cash for it if she wouldn’t fancy a stranger doing it. It’s about you too though, she’s probs exhausted but wants to do something for you so maybe gently suggest something feasible, maybe say you’re craving your favourite takeaway or mention you love a picture of her and kids and wish you had a copy for your office (or relevant place). Would be straight forward to order a print if she can.
