Need help deciding what e-bike to get

Okay so I've been spending weeks checking out different e-bike brands and trying to decide which one I want to get. First of all my main thing that I need is something that I'm going to use to commute with. I would prefer something I can go 40 to 45mph, obviously something that has good range, and almost most importantly is can go up hills without any problems. The current e-bike I have now can barely go up any Hill and I can't stand it. So as of right now at the top of my list is the Roll Road Leon(when they are back in stock), The Power Goat V3, The Ariel X- Class 60V PPB, The ENGWE M20 3.0, then finally the ANIIOKI A9 PRO MAX GT(ONLY IF THERES A WAY TO CHANGE THE SEAT). So those are my choices that I have it down to now and I would love to get everyone's opinion especially anyone who has experience with any of these bikes I've listed I would greatly appreciate it. Please let me know thank you.

I have the Aniioki A9 Pro Max (not the GT version). And the seat post is not standard so you would have to find a tube the same size and somehow attach whatever seat you want to it (probably by welding). And there is very little room for mounting if you want the seat in the lowest position. Also, with the 80Ah battery, the seat will hit the top of the battery in the lowest position. This ebike does have the speed and range you are after however. And it's great on hills too. My son has the A8 version and we ride them everywhere. They are great for street, trail, open fields, bike paths, and they even do ok in loose sand.
All that being said, you will most likely want one of your other selections. Unfortunately, I am not really familiar with any of them.

A 40 mph+ bike is classified as a motorbike. There are more appropriate subs for that out there. Also keep in mind that if you want to ride them on public roads you will require licensing and registration.

Don’t know where you’re located but in the US, nearly universally, an electric “bike” that goes over 28 mph assisted is legally not an e-bike. It is an electric dirt bike and not legal for street use.
