Upgraded BIOS to most recent 3.9 on ASROCK

took everything out replaced ryzen 5 with ryzen 7

Keep getting boot lights dram CPU etc. even after cmos disconnect

Reseated ram and only using 1 of my two sticks in both sockets.

Running out of ideas, going to try to loosen CPU cooler I think it might be too tight.

Any help is greatly appreciated on troubleshooting
