Suggestions for GPU upgrade

Before this last week I have not upgraded my PC in about 6 years... I was running an i5 9400f and a GTX 1660 TI. After I was gifted Battlefield 6 by my brother (for almost $80) and was then unable to play it, I decided to bite the bullet and got a CPU/RAM/Motherboard bundle from microcenter (The bundle in question). Along with this, I got a 3050 (8gb) by trading my 1660 with my friend. Now games definitely run better, but I am EXTREMELY GPU bottlenecked. I am at least able to run DLSS 4.0 but the high performance settings look horrid.
From what I see online, the 3060 TI is the best value out there. I have been using this website and it says it is 60% better then my 3050 but I'm not too sure what that means. Is the 3060 TI a good pairing for my CPU? Are there other options out there that are a better fit? I have been looking at eBay mostly & I do not want to spend over $300 if I have to.
Thanks!

B580 prob best value for the 12gb vram if less than 300. Or, if save up for 9060 XT 16GB.(Def might check local micro center for any open box deals and pricing as well).

I haven't heard about the Intel Arc GPUs until now. They are pretty good? Like I said I have been looking at that GPU comparison website and it looked much worse then the 3060 TI. Please correct me b/c my knowledge is very baseline and the tool makes the difference easy to comprehend lol.

Tbh, save up an extra $100 and get the 9060xt. I have the same cpu with that gpu and can max out most games 1080p
