Need help with buying my first higher end gaming PC

Hi!
I'm currently planning on a complete upgrade of my current setup and I just need some help/reassurance that I'm not buying absolute shit since I'm not really the most knowledgeable of the intricacies of certain components.
I'll be using it almost exclusively for gaming at 1440p/180hz on high settings and will get a VR headset in the near future (most likely something like the Quest 3 pro) for PCVR, so I just want to make sure that the PC will run pretty much any newer VR and AAA game relatively easily.
I don't plan on overclocking anything, I just want the PC to run as quiet and cool as possible with good airflow and decent cable management.
This is what I've got so far, along with the prices in my country (we don't have Amazon here so these are the lowest prices I've been able to find). and I'm ready to spend around 1900-2000€ including peripherals. I don't know a lot about mobos, PSUs, cases and CPU coolers so that's what I'd need the most help with. Though I do know that I'd ideally want a 850W fully modular 80+Gold PSU for under 120€.
For the MB, I'd like to get one that makes it possible to potentially upgrade to a better CPU in the future, if that will be necessary at all. I don't really know what else to look out for, but I don't really want to spend more than 130-150€ on a MB.
Any feedback is appreciated!

that ram price is the jump scare here. if 6000 cl30/32 is anywhere near cheaper, grab that and put the savings toward a better ssd or just pocket it.

unfortunately it's just where RAM prices are right now thanks to AI :(
the cheapest RAM I could find is probably this one at around 360€, and it also comes with a lifetime warranty. But I've never heard of that brand and don't know if it's any good, if there's any difference between them at all
Does that mean that the one I picked isn't good? I've read elsewhere that it's nothing special but not bad either

Pretty sure that power supply isnt very good id go with a corsair one around the same price if you can.
Apart from that its a pretty great 1440p high refreshrate system.

Nvidia is normally the preferred card for VR - but the 9070xt will outperform a 5070 in games and is cheaper than a 5070 TI
The new CPU cooler recommendation is for the Phantom Spirit at a similar price
