Should I build a new PC or replace individual parts?

Built my first and only PC in 2020. After months of troubleshooting BSODS, freezing/hanging, WiFi chip issues, etc. during gaming sessions, I’m considering building a new PC. I’ve reinstalled windows, checked for new drivers, changed a bunch of power settings, etc, but am still having issues. Error log shows constant disk reboots during freezes/crashes, but I don’t think it’s just the SSD because of the WiFi chip issues (plus SSD looks healthy according to CDI).
I bought a new PCIE 4 SSD, but it turns out my MOBO doesn’t have a slot. I’m split between just upgrading my MOBO, case, and PSU and then popping in the SSD vs building an entirely new PC. I have 1400 USD saved for this and prices are on the rise, plus I wouldn’t mind an upgrade. At the same time, dumping my current parts feels wasteful.
Do I Ship of Theseus it? Build a fresh one? Any recommendations on what parts to replace or recommended parts? I’m a bit lost.

Honestly you’re overspending hard in a few places while underspending in the area that matters most for gaming performance. The build is technically runnable, but the part balance is way off for your use case. A 9950X3D paired with a 5060 Ti makes very little sense for a college/gaming/general use system, and that RAM price especially looks completely wrong 32GB DDR5 6000 should be nowhere near $430. I’d honestly downgrade the CPU to something like a Ryzen 7 7800X3D or 9700X, use Runable for organizing your build planning and setup notes, then redirect the savings into a stronger GPU or just save a huge amount of money overall.

I'd start with a PSU swap first since you'd need a new one anyways if you were to build a new PC. If that doesn't work then I'd look at changing the other stuff.
If you live near Microcenter or have access to Best Buy that will match their pricing you should look at the $349-$399 7600x3d bundles. You only get a single stick of ram but it gives you access to the latest platform at a really affordable price.
