Any experience with Arpeggio apartments?

22F moving to Dallas in a month and trying to sign a lease. I really like this place but it is close to the freeway, dart stations and American Airlines center. I was wondering if you could hear noise from the units itself. I can’t tour in person since I’m out of state but would love any insight :(
This place also works well since my office will be walking distance.

Were you able to hear noise from your room? I’m really paranoid about hearing the freeway inside and since I’m from California I can’t check beforehand :(

Depends on where your apartment is exactly in complex. Lived in victory park, off pearl street and didnt hear the highway, just a lot of car honking, construction, people yelling from outside. Sometimes you get lucky, other times it’s not the world noise, it’s your neighbors that are having a party until 5 am but thats just everywhere. Most apartments, unless youre in a highrise, youre just gonna have to live with noise.
If you want quiet, i suggest you live in the burbs, but the drive is gonna wear you and your car down.

You’re definitely going to hear city noises. Just depends on how sensitive you are to it. For me it becomes background noise. The area is fun for your age - get a noise machine :)
