European e-bike brands comprehensive list

I've been trying to find the right e-bike for me for a while, which has been exhausting, not because there's no choice, but because there's many decisions and different options.
I've gone through the usual suspects (Canyon, Cube, Trek ...) but I keep stumbling onto brands I've never heard of. Most recently I discovered Capri Bikes and Noko, which seem to sit in a completely different class (very lightweight and look like regular bikes). Never saw them mentioned in any comparison or guide.
Which makes me wonder: is there actually a database or curated list of European e-bike brands and models somewhere? A proper catalogue or database, not a top 10 blog post. If not, drop what you know in the comments.
My use case is a short urban commute, must have removable battery, and something that can handle hills without being a tank. But really I'm just curious what EU brands exist, any type, any style.

it's just your typical european bicycle brands. There isn't the jungle of dtc and oem brands like the US.
rose, cube, canyon, riese&müller, pro-pain, m1 from Germany
Orbea from spain
bianchi or pinarello from italy
gazelle from the netherlands
ridley from belgium
ktm from austria
just a few off the top of my head

If you are European then just go with a Noko ebike, you'll be grand 🙂 They've couple of models with removable batteries. I've their Urban ebike and both the company and the bike get five stars from me.
