You can get a similar flavour with some Polish mayo. It uses the egg yolks as the main ingredient, which gives it that more yellow colour and unique flavour.

I’m a monster too then Currently have on the go: brown, reggae, sriracha, a stupidly hot chilli one, Colman’s mustard, yellow mustard as its barbecue season, mayo, mint, apple, sweet pickle, gochujang (although technically not a condiment it gets mixed with mayo regularly), and the devil’s sauce ketchup I also don’t really believe in best before dates for anything pickled or jarred but they generally get used up within 2 months or so

We usually have mayo, salad cream, sriracha mayo, sriracha, honey mustard dressing, HP sauce, Worcester sauce, balsamic, cider and malt vinegars, tamari sauce (I can’t eat proper soy sauce), red onion chutney, caramelised onion chutney, Dijon mustard, sweet chilli sauce. Have you tried the free from stuff..? The Tesco one is so good! It’s one of our most used condiments. I think we go through mango chutney more than anything. Any of the ones with Nigella seeds in like M&S or Geetas. That’s just because most of what we eat is rice and spicy things.

I empty a can of asda tomato soup into a little tupperware tub which I then keep in the fridge. As needed I'll use roughly 3 or 4 tablespoons, slap it in a bowl, microwave it up for a minute and a half, then pour that onto fish or chicken or chips or dip stuff into it. A can lasts me about a week or so. I just really don't like sauces or anything. I'm very sensitive to anything like that, immediately makes me gag, so I had to find an alternative.

We're not a big condiment house, but Mayo is probably our top although we don't get through a jar often. I think it's because we don't really do sandwiches at home or much which would have condiments? Currently going through a chilli crisp kick though as can add that with a lot of things - does that count as a condiment? I also always have some hot sauce but as it's only me who uses it as a household it doesn't go so quickly.

No. Never. I’ve barely built up a tolerance to a little bit of mayo but it can just make a sandwich too dry without something binding the tuna / egg. I worked at the Heinz sensory assessment centre at the start of my career in food manufacturing, and we used to carry out weekly taste panels to test Heinz products, and having to set up the 9am salad cream panel (to be eaten on a spoon, nothing else with it). Eurgh! Nope, just can’t get past it.

I use many, but most frequently - Dijon mustard. Then probably English mustard and Sweet chilli sauce (blue dragon). I only use mayonnaise and salad cream when making egg mayonnaise, as you need both for it to taste good. Pretty much all of them I guess. Currently have mayo, salad cream, ketchup, brown sauce, bbq sauce, sweet chilli sauce, relish, chilli jam and various mustards in the house all open. I probably eat chilli jam the most since it goes so well with cheese.

I’m more: Mint sauce, Horseradish sauce, Mustard. For salads I make my own dressings, don’t use mayo. I don’t need ketchup/brown/BBQ as I don’t eat anything I’d put that on.

I just use what feels appropriate for the meal. BLT gets mayo, cheese salad roll gets salad cream, fish and chips gets ketchup, bacon and eggs is brown sauce, steak and chips needs mustard etc
