This is the Mondo Squads Limited Edition Beavis and Butt-Head. It comes with tons of arms, head sculpts, props, and accessories. They absolutely nailed it with this set.

Sadly, both the limited edition and now the standard edition (no couch, sitting torsos, TV) are sold out. Mondo releases like this are ultra FOMO.
