RG8X cable ?

I thought a RG8X cable from Amazon for my VHF radio. The Amazon cable and the current cable inside the mast has a different diameter. Did I get the right cable? Deciding whether I need to buy an additional RG8X cable
Or a different cable to match with the one that’s in my mast.

One of those isn't RG/8x.
I have no idea what that small one is, it's smaller than even RG-58.

I’m trying to run an ANTENNA up to the mast.
i was going to use the old antenna cable, which I am assuming was RG8X? But according to you, if it’s not. Then I need to consider getting new antenna all together.

No that small little cable is NOT RG/8x.
If you're running new coax up the mast, just use the RG/8x you have (thick stuff) and pull it thru.
The identities of the coax will be printed on the jacket of the cable, so just look at them and read what they say. That tiny little cable is smaller than anything I've ever seen on a transmitting radio - I genuinely don't know what that stuff is.
Generally you're going to be using either RG/58 or RG/8x, but I have no idea what that small stuff is.

Should be fine, jacket thickness can vary depending on cable manufacturer.

you probably need a pl259 connector
