Beef with cheese (probably shredded Mexican blend) and sour cream over bagged French fries. It’s delicious but I agree that it needs more of anything.
Usually when I buy it, the plate comes with pico de gallo and a bit of guacamole, plus some salsa on top and few pickled jalapeños and you have yourself a MEAL.

It's just ground meat. Very common to use on carne asada fries. Carne asada friends almost never have actual carne asada on them. I mean, how would that even work lol?
