Regular no frt..did every possible thing to mags, cleaned, dry lubed..the 22rds are just poorly designed to not seat right after like 15/17th rds..I got thru 6 mags of 17rd and 2 22rds no failures..with a couple reloads..that was first session in which it ran with no jams
I will have to keep that in mind, I try and run SVs, but I have a variety of 22lr. I have feeding issues as well, but I just run whatever I have on hand at the range.
I know the populus uses inflation and price increase synonymously but back in the day there used to be a different between price increase due to demand and price increase due to inflation (expanding money supply). The fed govt did a good job blurring the line there.
One month left to get it in VA (less if they stop shipping early) so I would have paid this just to have it, but the site seemed to go down (or it didn't like my phone). Oh well, I may not ever be able to get one.

Not sure how close these are to you... but Dunham's Sports in Beckley and Teays Valley, WV supposedly still have stock of the TORO Gen 2 w/ Veridian RFX11 green dot and 2 22rd mags for $349.99. Looks like all the VA stores are already OOS, but there may be a store with one closer if you search. They showed up in the stores here in NC last week but are already OOS everywhere near me. Bought 1 last week and decided to get another to keep stock since I'm modding one. Had to drive an hour away yesterday to buy the last one at that store. Here's the link. It says red dot but both of mine came with the green.

Yes it does. Comes with 2 22rd mags. I was surprised as I was expecting it to have 1 16rd and 1 22rd like most of the previous red dot package deals had. Plus it came with the Veridian RFX11 green dot instead of the red listed in the title. Both the ones I bought were like this, and I'm sure all the ones that Dunham's got are the same.
oh man. thanks for taking the time to write! I just checked and the closest location is in danville about 3 hrs away, but even they are out of stock. Looks like they didn't expand too far into VA. Might be a smart move for now! haha. ty again. I'll keep checking in case some come in.
Aside from the Ruger Mark IV, most of the full sized 22 pistols on the market are about the same quality, this is likely one of the most reliable guns in the Taurus lineup.
Nah, that's a legit complaint I have with the striker fired 22lr pistol market. Tried Taurus, Sig, Smith & Wesson and they all feel like toys. Was looking at the FN, but it's made by Umarex. I like my Mark IV Lite, but more than 10 rounds would be sweet.
Kinda hilarious.... as a ffl holder, I have 2 distributors who can't get enough stock from Taurus to keep these from being allocated to their better dealers. Just hilarious
I know a couple FFLs that deal with high value stuff. One of them can deal with full auto stuff, and even they can’t get them right now. He claims his distributors told him they’re backlogged over 150K orders at the moment
It hasn’t but these are considered a deal given how hard they are to get. I had an extra laying around bone stock and traded it for an acog. People really, really want these things right now
