AORUS 360 AIO screen shut offs randomly

I recently built a new pc with AORUS 360 AIO installed on Ryzen 5600x and it works well with cooling. Issue I have is that the LCD screen will just shut off and go black at seemingly random times. I sometimes get a USB malfunction error but not every time it happens. I also hear the USB disconnect noise a few times before it shuts off.

The only way I've gotten the screen back on is by unplugging the internal USB 2.0 connector, then plugging it back in and restarting. AORUS engine and RGB fusion is terrible to work with.

I've been checking online and haven't seen anyone with my issue so wondering if anyone can offer some advice?
