Time for a new motherboard? PC gets stuck on MSI logo on boot and I’ve tried everything I can find

Tried to turn on EXPO/update drivers on my MSI B650 gaming w/ wifi and I think I shorted something, as my pc wont load past the MSI loading screen now. I’ve done everything I can think of including
-Reset CMOS multiple times
-Reset the board to default in BIOS
-Reverted to a previous Windows state
-Uninstalled most recent Windows update
-Ran Windows in safe mode
-Have windows reinstall itself
-Uninstalled Windows all together and reinstalled it
The only question I’ve answered so far seems to be not to update BIOS unless I have to. I’ve been able to get through to Windows a few times but it’s not replicate-able whenever it resets it goes back to getting stuck on the MSI screen. Any suggestions or do I need a new board? This is my first PC I built \~2 years ago and I haven’t any any known issues till now

Try running with only 1 memory stick. Then 2. First in A2, then A2/B2. No XMP/EXPO for now.

Sorry for being a beginner but what does A2 and A2/B2 mean? And yes I’ve always had this memory all my parts I put in when I built it and haven’t changed anything yet.
I’ve tried re-updating BIOS as well but it didn’t work, should I try again?

Those are memory slots. See manual.
Counting outward from the CPU, there's A1, A2, B1, B2.
My hunch is that one of your memory sticks has gone bad.

Ok gotcha, I tried just A2, a different stick in A2, and just A2/B2, and now it won’t even get to the MSI screen
