What's your favorite non landlocked south eastern English county which ends in "folk" (and that isn't Suffolk, nobody likes Suffolk)?

Obviously lots of people enjoy Suffolk with the lowest rainfall in the country and the best grain-based agriculture in the country (I'm not a native), have you tried Surrexfolk?
