What thoughts frequently motivate you live and get things done during moments when you need a push?

Maybe family, friends, a dream/ambition, looking forward to something, thinking of people who've had it worse (in our time or the past), someone who inspires you, someone you don't want to be like (I've definitely had the experience of one evening thinking of not going to the mma gym until I went to the bus stop, saw vapers and thought "don't want to be like them")?

There are quote from Hunter S Thompson.
"Buy the ticket. Take the ride"
Essentially its about embracing risk, uncertainty, and the full consequences of our choices, no matter how wild or unpredictable they get.
If things get shit I tell myself I bought that ticket and its time to ride it out.
If they go well I tell myself enjoy the ride.

My entire life is just people underestimating me. I aim to prove them wrong at every corner. That's what keeps me getting out of bed in the morning.
