I took this pic a long time ago, my grandpa told me he would give this to me as a gift because he didn’t use it anymore, the gun look pretty old and a bit rusty.

Looks like a big ol single-shot break-action 12g to me. If you can get some better pictures I'm sure we can help find the make/model.

It could be the camera angle, but doesn't it look larger than 12ga?

It certainly could be but I was considering the camera angle plus 12g is the most common shotgun caliber. I could very well be mistaken, I'm not exactly a scholar when it comes to Burmese shotguns.
