I have 3 months experience , Accidentally left eld on yard move for 240 miles, and got a False logbook violation, my goal is to be a fuel hauler, Am i screwed? Would i win a dispute?

I didn’t even know that was a thing. Mine automatically switches to drive when your speed goes over 20 or 25 I forget which.

Annoying. ELDs regularly glitch out and don't swap off yard move when you get moving, should be understandable.
