Jobs with endless meetings make me sick so I created a job board site that curates jobs at async-first companies. There are almost 1000jobs posted currently.

After living in multiple countries around the world I have discovered the massive benefits of working at an async-first company. Meetings are minimal and productivity/profit is maximized. When people have space to solve problems on their own, it benefits everyone.
If you understanding coding languages like JavaScript you will also understand the benefits of async work.
For these reasons, I have built a job board which curates job postings from async first companies, you can find the site linked above.
New jobs are hand picked and posted regularly. If you have any feedback on the site I would gladly appreciate it. My goal is help the world adapt async work culture.

r/programming is not a place to post your project, get feedback, ask for help, or promote your startup.
Technical write-ups on what makes a project technically challenging, interesting, or educational are allowed and encouraged, but just a link to a GitHub page or a list of features is not allowed.
The technical write-up must be the focus of the post, not just a tickbox-checking exercise to get us to allow it. This is a technical subreddit.
We don't care what you built, we care how you build it.

cool idea, but most companies claiming async still spam slack and random calls, lol. nice to have options though

Have you worked at any truly or partially async companies?
