I've saved roughly 1000-1150 EUR of budget to buy my son a gaming pc for his birthday, but all these parts and things are too complicated for me. Therefore I don't even know where to start, all I know is that my friend said not to buy pre-made pcs. I saw a video saying that here people could help me, I want that he can enjoy a good pc for this price he such a good son he deserves it. He has a monitor of 1440 pixeles. Thanks🥰

Start there. There are some recommended builds and you can edit them to pick each individual part.

Start here: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/pc-systems/gaming-pcs or a similar shop in your region.
Look at the PC's in your price range and copy the component list.
A fundamental assumption is that a pre-built as the cost of labor factored in for assembling the PC for you. Price each part and see if the total of the part prices makes sense against the costof the pre-built. If you come in over or under budget, then go to the next tier down or up, respectively, and repeat the pricing exercise.
