$4000 build. Trying to get the most performance for the price. Suggestions and rebuilds welcome.

Budget: $4000, Primary use-case in order: Content, Business-Ops, Coding, Gaming. also I am USA Located.
I'm really just trying to get the best computer I can get for $4000 at the end of the day. Idk, I feel like my build has too much unnecessary "bloat" in it and I could switch out parts for better parts for better overall performance but idk where to do that.
My primary actions rn include developing content (cinematic stuff all pretty heavy), coding automations for the business (Nothing crazy rn, but looking to expand complexity in the future so), and playing video games (pretty diverse gamer tbh, both heavy exploration stuff and like light), otherwise just basic business productivity - research, zoom, etc. Nothing I couldn't prolly do on a laptop so no concern really there. Suggestions and rebuilds are welcome.

For 4K I feel like I could get something that is really good and balanced and do like hybrid type of set up (which is what the build is rn) or I scrap it and focus towards just a single area get something super powerful for content, and business stuff. Anyways let me know what you think I do better for the build. Also what you do you guys normally decide to do when building a new PC, do you usually go hybrid and try to balance different things out or just focus down in one area?
Note, Not mentioned is I have an separate 10TB Seagate external drive I have on xbox i'm planning on clear and using with this build.

Nice. Most of your budget is going to storage and RAM. CL32 RAM at that. 64GB is a lot and wondering about value.
If it’s what you want then go for it.

The new 270k will perform similarly to the 285k for $200 less. I would get a mid-range mobo. The 4 TB nvme is overkill and could be downgraded to a PCIe 4 gen drive.
My system is the 285k with an Asus ROG Strix Z890 -E Gaming WiFi. No complaints but if the 270k had been available 1 year ago it would have been my 1st choice. The mid-range mobo was not a negotiable for me.
Your build with the 5080 is similar to mine, just for me the 2nd drive is PCIe 4.0 and performs similar to the PCIe 5.0. My ram is Corsair 48gb CUDIMM 8400 which at the time had timings similar to non-CUDIMM.

Is Microcenter an option nearby? The CPU bundles could save you hundreds here.
64gb of ram and 6tb of very fast NVMe storage seems like overkill to me at a glance. Do you have any tasks in mind that would specifically benefit from those choices?
I would also swap over to an AM5 build personally, the 9950x3d would be a faster option for gaming while being neck and neck in productivity workloads.

Yea actually, I forgot about about microcenters. 6GB for workflow speed and the projects get pretty heavy, It's all really long form so. RAM because of Greed, no idk, I'm prolly fine without the 64GB but I like the space there for after effects and just multitasking the biz stuff. I'll def check out the AM5 and 9950x3d, that is a solid idea. Thanks
