What do you do to make money on the side while trucking?

I’m confident in my assumption that this question has probably been asked in this group 100 times but here I am. Number 101! I’ve set up a print on demand store for T-shirts and have gotten into trading stocks but that’s for the long run anyways. Not interested in day trading. Thought about investing in some vending machines to put up around town at home. I get home often enough I think to manage them and if not I have family that could check on them also but that’s a good chunk of money to start for something with a low ROI. I guess I’m just looking for some real stories of people who have made real money on the side.

Stock market with good dividend stock. Nice income too.

Tax liens. Some counties are offering 30% yield. Tax liens are a county right and state right. No hard feelings.
If Thanos was an investor he would be doing tax liens.
Walt Disney, also got filthy rich through tax liens.

When there’s will there’s a way.

That last one wasn’t on my bingo card. Presumably low-cap, and even low wage, but feels like those costs could grow exponentially on a gov whim, or a manager having a bad day.

I have an okish portfolio. But my wife runs a pet care business that I help with when I can. We aren't going to get rich but it covers my daughter's elite level cheer and our frequent trips to Disney properties.
