My Computer wont turn off. Task manager wont open. Mine New 5090 with Asus Motherboard. Armourycrate

I put this here in order for others to help others.

Maby it became a problem after the newest windows update but im not sure.

When i tried to turn off computer from the windowsbutton on to the powerselection. Nothing happend. The computer could even freeze.

Fix started with locating device manager incase of not up to date drivers. I updated every driver individually with the automatic search for update avable there. (Didnt fix it)
Located settings where i could turn off windows Fast reboot where this was unable to turn off at the very start. when i started uninstalling armorycrate it would shut of only it was probably 10-20 minutes every time i would turn off.
I tried to make my way in on armory crate where this app wouldnt even open. ( This was probably the problem. ) From there i learned that armourycrate is shit and followed the youtube link below to uninstall all traces of it.

When i was in bios menu i also undid the AI Overclock to Auto or standard instead of Expo 1.

I am pritty sure it was armory crate that was blocking and bugging my computer.

Hopfully this will help if somone has this problem.
