Probably time for a new build!

Hi everyone!
Currently on some other subs doing some trouble shooting but I figured I'd get a head start lol.
I've been using:
Asus x570
Ryzen 7 5800x
4070ti
Samsung 980 Pro
Corsair Vengeance 3600mhz 16CL 32GB
I'm keeping the 4070ti. It's the only part of my current PC I know works. The rest is undetermined, though the mobo and RAM I'm fairly certain are shot.
Soooo, I'm looking for a modern build that rivals or is better than my current set up using the 4070ti. I've been out of the upgrade game for a hot minute on newer hardware.
My intention is, of course, games! (and streaming).
Currently I play at 144mhz 1440p. Generally I like having as much fidelity as possible with high frame rate.
My budget isn't exactly "limited", but I also don't really need the mega best awesome of the awesome.
TLDR:
-Using 4070ti
-Game in 1440p / 144hz
-Would like highly compatible parts with potential future proofing/room for upgrades
-Rival or better than listed build above
-Bluetooth built in would be sweet but I have an antenna / adapter

Theres no reason for an upgrade if you want to keep your gpu to play in 1440p.

Not sure what you mean, or maybe I wasn't clear
I'm pretty certain most of the rest of my hardware is shot. I'm still doing trouble shooting, but I intend on the 4070ti being the only part I keep.
I want to replace the rest, so I might as well update, rather than just re-purchase all the other parts, no?
Budget wise I'm not really concerned.

Awesome! Thank you very much. Is the 36 CL much of a difference compared to something 30cl, which I've heard is a "sweet spot", although that may be more in line with other cpus?

No difference. Doesnt matter what ram. The 9800x3d handles them all.
The sweetspot was when ram didnt cost half of a 1440p gpu.
