Is this a good custom pc or should I just go for the powerspec g532?

https://www.microcenter.com/product/706648/powerspec-g532-gaming-pc for $1399.99
Or
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/pfKNck for like $1700 after tax.
The custom utilizes the 3-1 bundle at my micro center for $599.99. So will have an extra 16GB of ram along with a little bit better CPU. Never built a PC before and was wondering if that was worth the extra like $300 dollars after tax or should I just get a reliable pre-built.

That MC pre-built will be like $1460 or more after tax so for that price difference, I think the extra CPU power and 32gb of ram is worth the cost doing custom, your also getting much better motherboard and PSU with your custom build.
