Thoughts on My First PC Build? (graphic design & game)

Hi everyone, first of all thank you for all the comments and advice.
I want to build a desktop PC and I’m planning to buy the parts from Amazon because I’m not in the best financial situation right now, and Amazon allows me to pay in installments without interest. Since I still live with my family, I can afford to spend around £120 (with monitor and headset) per month.
I’ll be using this PC both for work and gaming, so I’m trying to build something balanced that will last me for a long time. I’ll leave the parts list below and I’d really appreciate your thoughts and recommendations.

so ive never had a PC case before how often should I clean it could you give me some advice?
GamePulse001@reddit
if like the fans and stuff i would say 2 weeks, if we talking about full internal cleaning, if you know what you are doing then do it yourself, i would say every few months, ask others too they prolly know better than me, hope this helps, take good care of that baby

GamePulse001@reddit

is the montech century ii 850w cheaper? and is the 9070 xt a similar price as its significantly better than the 5070? other then that it looks good enough, though the ultra 7 270k plus (you can get kf to save money) is better
mustafaydoqdu@reddit (OP)
montech a little cheaper should i choose it? and 9070xt is 150 pound more expensive than 5070
GamePulse001@reddit
5070 is definetly better bro for like other tasks+gaming
External_Safe_7787@reddit
9070 xt is significantly faster than 5070 in gaming
GamePulse001@reddit
i would say 5070 is good for him cuz he will prolly start streaming too, for pure gaming yes 9070xt is good but 5070 is more future proof cuz u never know when u want to start yk
External_Safe_7787@reddit
yeah get the montech. oh ok if you cant afford 9070 xt then fine, its better for gaming but 5070 is still good for 1440p if you dont mind using dlss
