ULPT request

I'm harassed by street sellers outside my apartment from 7am to 12pm.

They sell lots of different types of items and also illegal cigarettes and drugs.

The police and authorities come every so often but essentially they do nothing to change the situation.

This group has suggested fox urine and piss disks but the streets are cleaned everyday so I don't know if that's viable.

Now we are thinking about drones. Maybe just to hang there, but then eventually maybe to drop fox urine and pee.

What do you guys think? which drone, system and approach do you guys recommend. Obviously before too long they will start attacking us.

The street sellers are spread out over a 50m area.
