Rep trying to sell you Xfinity Mobile? When they ask you to fill out a form, it asks for your SSN. Tell them you can’t fill it out because you’re here illegally.
I got a $20 credit off my bill and they said they would respect my request to not upsell me, immediately scheduled a tech appointment for me

You are deserving of a free award but I can't figure out if I even have any to give.
Love the commitment to detail, like the word "mepah",. I see what you did there.

It's sll good until the ICE agents come and take you away.

Right? Do you trust Comcast's CEO to not sell that very valuable data to the greedy, racist government?

Tell me you live in mommy's basement without telling me you live in mommy's basement.

I can do a lot from MY basement. Just you wait and see.

A fun trick is to try to down sell or upsell them. "I don't know, you know what I can do for you", "Oof, Bob you're leaving me hanging here, I might need to leave you a bad review", "I'm sorry, I'm gonna have to put you on hold for a sec, my company is still reviewing buying 300 licences and I'll have to check"
Make up non-sense quotes, "I like the smell of the chicken, but you might be leaving the meat out in the sun too long". "If you leave a crayon in the freezer it gets to hard to write with"
Then switch it up to a sob story, "You sound just like my great mepah who died in the black death of 2005. His last words were whats you current comcast plan?"
I donno, they'll probably have a laugh and stop bothering you.

I'm glad you are one of the good ones.
I had one person try to push Xfinity mobile. I explained that my work pays for my mobile service, and I wasn't interested. He kept pressing. I told him no. He kept pressing. I finally had to distract him with another question on another topic.
I left a very bad score. Xfinity asked for more. I gave the story of what happened. I hope the guy corrected his ways.

The surveys are very important to management so do what ya gotta do. We also can get in trouble for that we have a whole form to rat out other agents that practice bad sales practices.
