What's the difference between the u-loader and the X model?

The X appears to have you pull the rounds up and over the top of a lip and into the loading channel. The standard loader has a little raceway so you drag them along a longer path, but it's all on the same plane.

If you need to load multiple mags relatively quickly, yes. I brought mine along with me to a content creator range day last year, and it was clutch! Our booth/bay had 2 MG’s and a few rifles out for people to shoot for free, and this loader saved us once we picked up traction.

These are dope, and I love mine. 5? 6? years of use on mine, works with every mag I've ever thrown at it. AK, AR, doesn't matter.

My dog doesn't like the sound it makes but I just turn the TV up a little and shes okay with it.
