I was recently looking into installing Mac OS on my PC for development testing, and 99% of Reddit posts I found about hackintoshes was "um actually this is against Apple's user agreement".
Not even that it's illegal, just that it's against the ToS. Baffling.
A written apology that matches whatever they dictate word by word, something like "I am sorry and I won't do it again". I guess it's so people don't tell them to go fuck themselves.
I was banned on the privacy subreddit for suggesting GrapheneOS as a mobile OS. It's not even illegal like piracy is, they just didn't want to hear the name of a privacy oriented OS on a privacy subreddit. Ridiculous.
The goobers of reddit around 2012 2013 invited Tumblr Lunatics in. They spread like a virus taking over the site. That's why you can get a ban for commenting the most mundane things. Reddit hasn't been reddit for over 10 plus years.
clayticus@reddit

C_umputer@reddit
Mods ban people for just subscribing or commenting on different subs they don't like. Some require written apology.
Cole3823@reddit
I got banned from a sub because they didn't like my avatar. Back when they were doing those stupid nft avatars
HolyBidetServitor@reddit
I like fooling the bots when it comes to this
I'm not apologizing to some cheese-smelling fatass with rotting teeth and squashmallows. I'll go out of my way to antagonize them more
DeathsStarEclipse@reddit
I'll never under the desire to become an unpaid moderator. The worlds most pathetic calling.
MrMuscle-27@reddit
Turns out if you give people unlimited and unchecked power, they'll do "Work" for free.
C_umputer@reddit
Think of it this way, people want to feel useful.
Valuable-Chipmunk784@reddit
Even useful idiots.
NoPointsForSecond@reddit
Written apology? This can't be real...

Senior-Mix-3715@reddit (OP)
I know right, Digg Exodus and Ellen Pao’s AHP ruined Reddit
JeffyGoldblumsPen_15@reddit
Yes now that we're all on Tumblr 4.0 it's going so well.

Made me miss the days when reddit used to trigger fatties online. They tried so hard to be 4chan.
LooseButtPlug@reddit
The day they banned R/FatPeopleHate was the day reddit died.

She was also the first Redditor to hit 1 million karma
Zyeesi@reddit
Back when all three platforms weren't completely dog shit.
4chan is the only one that stayed true to itself
DankyBongBlunty@reddit
4chan and Tumblr uses actually having a lot in common is the best example of horseshoe theory we have
Senior-Mix-3715@reddit (OP)
Yeah, Redditors worked hard but Tumblrinas naturally matched 4Chan’s chaotic energy
Reddit did surpass Tumblr in some aspects but overall Tumblr was the closest mainstream site to 4Chan.
TimberAndStrings@reddit
The women I were the most in love with were Tumblrinas. they are just so cute I can't help myself
WhiteFlash1277@reddit
Billions must nugget and/or bridenap their tumblrina wife and turn them into a chud dispenser

SaintJimmy1@reddit
That’s what they said. 96 years.
XiJinpingPressParody@reddit
I remember when I was born I outright started using 4chan because of my high Chinese IQ.
SaintJimmy1@reddit
To be fair, you need a high IQ to truly understand the intricacies of 4chan.
