Needing some help with old Windows ME factory images

Context: Since my childhood computer (A HP Pavilion A811) was a model that I absolutely could not find anywhere despite searching for years, I somehow managed to track down the list of components used. To my surprise, almost every single one of them was available to buy, the most important one being the original Asus CUW-AM motherboard with the HP BIOS in it.

A friend who had the same series of computer and pretty much the same components as I did still had his original restore discs and ripped them for me. I thought I could just burn them and reinstall the factory image on my frankensteined rig but it turns out HP had some kind of check before the installation begins, which blocks me and tells me this disc isn't for this computer.

I tried poking around the discs but the structure being a completely weird .PAQ format, I couldn't find anything to remove that check. Anyone ever worked around this kind of stuff?

I have uploaded the images to my server here: disc 1 and disc 2
