Help me pick case fans for my 9850X3D + 5080 build

Working on a 9850X3D + 5080 build in the Corsair 3500X, and I intend to have around 9-10 case fans total. For my AIO, I picked out the Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro, but I'm struggling to balance noise levels for my system.
Initially, I was intending to get 7 more P-12 Pros to use as case fans, but since they go up to 3000 RPM, I'm a little worried they might be too noisy. The other fans I was looking at are the Thermalright tl-m12q's.
The fan layout is three intake on the side, three intake on the bottom, one exhaust in the back, and three exhaust P-12 Pros (part of the AIO) on the top. I intend to keep the P-12 pros for the AIO, since they have good static pressure, but I'm debating what to do just for the remaining case fans.
Are there any other case fans I can consider? I'm ideally looking for inexpensive, white, RGB fans, preferably with reverse-blade variations that I can buy off of Amazon.
Should I even be worried about the noise of the P-12 pros? I intend to set a custom fan curve, but I'm getting conflicting messages about the actual noise level and it's very difficult to find any videos actually showing P12 pro noise levels in similar configurations, so I was hoping someone could help me out.

There are conflicting messages because Arctic did some revisions, at some point they added the "ring" connecting the tips of the blades that mitigated some noise issues, then they moved from five to seven blades further improving acoustic performance. Just as important is to understand that different people have different standards and different ears, as a general rule people are less annoyed by low frequency noise, but it's not a universal rule and even within it there's a lot of play on what different folks consider tolerable.
I personally dislike Arctic argb fans due to them being very lazy and boring in execution, but they are still very high performance, and are very bright. Reverse blade ones are incredibly fucking good, at some point I've replaced a trio blowing air into my 9070xt to jonsbo za360r for the looks alone, roughly noise balanced to what I used to have, and got almost 10 degrees higher on the hotspot. All of them move a lot of air even at 1k rpm, and aren't loud at all at 1k rpm. 3k is a jet engine though.
Of Thermalright, I'd highly recommend TL-S12, they are cheap, move air decently well while being quiet, and are pretty. K12 is pricier, but has much better bearing (with S12 you want to buy extras to have spares…), and RGB is an afterthought almost and is included minimally to not impede on great performance. If straying away from RGB, their H12X28R7/9 (they realized they used up most of the alphabet and started competing with monitor manufacturers in lengthy naming) are phenomenally quiet, but you have to choose between stellar performance that gets pricier, or rgb versions (the ones without R7/R9). Also, there are C-12C fans which are great and cheap but not too reliable.
