Romania Is Cooked. Do u think Romania have any chance to survive in this economy if it go with this politics in the future? Also I think in 10 years if the contry continue with those directions Romania not gonna be in UE anymore.

I'm getting the feeling of things getting worse before they get better. Like before a financial crisis, yes, it will pass eventually but it won't be fun.
There's outside meddling from Russia and anti-EU Republicans, the Heritage Foundation types under a MAGA mask. If Russia ends the war in Ukraine soon and US Democrats win next term a lot of this will deflate naturally.
Without those interfering the EU will probably strongarm some pro-rule of law reforms by withholding funds, that will be painful economically in the short term, but the only way out is through.
But if the world keeps being crazy, this will get prolonged, and even very unlikely events (like România leaving the EU) can eventually happen if you subject a population to misinformation for decades (the count started in 2014 when Russia invaded Crimea).

The government has to start delivering reforms and cut costs.
But they recently adopted a new law for calculating salaries in the budget sector that will cost 1.6 billion EUR in 2027.
Romania will pay about 3% of the GDP on interests from loans with high interest.
2026 and 2027 are critical years.
In 2027 we will have our own gas from the Black Sea. That can be used for stimulating economic grow. But I doubt that the government will use this opportunity wisely to decrease production costs for local companies. The government likes these high costs, because they get more money through VAT.
Things are on the edge. If in 2026 the GDP won't have a negative growth, then 2027 is a good time for rebuilding the way the state collects and spends the money.

U had a good point but I m scared about the propaganda and the move that Romanians want to to do with the exit from Europe. More and more people everyday... Tbf this is also because of education that we don't have it unfortunately.

Meanwhile in Bulgaria some people are crying about the adoption of the euro. I am sure you guys would love to switch currencies. Some of the reforms in the video sound reasonable we need similar things done in Bulgaria, unfortunately it sounds like the parliament is a shitshow and there is no will to implement them.

In my opinion we need to change to euro but we can't do it right now. We had a perfect moment in 2015 from what I know but the government didn't do it because they wanted to steal more...
