Every big journey start with small steps! If doing most of the staff by yourself than the most important thing is not to rush or burnout and cutting corners might kick-in.

Love square birds.

Is that a 58 bird?
Looks like the project we had at my dad's house for most of my life 🤣

it’s actually a 1960, the last year of the 2nd gens. I’m working on it with my dad. We had a golden one that was supposed to be the restored one, but it suffered the fate of becoming the parts car due to being a rustbucket.
The white one is stuck in the phase of making progress but still looking just as disheveled, the bit right before proper bodywork and reassembly.
We’re gonna swap the 352 motor it had with the bigger 430 Olds drivetrain out of the parts car, which will be the next big step of rebuilding it.

Ahhhh!
Lol, i think we went through 2 parts cars for that thing 😂
We sold it to a guy, he started putting a vintage air kit in it, dialing things in, his health started declining. We bought it back like 6 years later, ect ect ect.
My brother has it now.

3.5 max?

2.5s. I primarily got it because it’s a manual, and also because my grandma gave it to me completely for free (excluding insurance and all that stuff). It’s a good little car but needs a decent bit of work.
