Anyone knows how is that weird bolt called? It latches into a rubber piece in the engine plastic cover. I want to use them for a project but i dont know how to order them.

Plenty of those at the junkyard. Just look for hoods and trunks with gas shock supports. Plenty of manufacturers use them.

Threaded ball stud. Used for holding rubber grommets as well as gas shocks for hoods trucks etc. this one looks small compared to the 10mm balls stud for gas struts.
