I agree - but also with an ED you might expect them to lie that they had eaten more, unless it’s a statement to get help or sympathy/attention. Competitive ED fasting with students (for example ) maybe - I’ve experienced this years ago with 3 of the girls in our shared house with EDs competitively starving. Makes things worse!
