From the age of 11 until about 45 I was a strictly sleep naked kind of guy, even in the depths of winter...

Now I'm 47 I like nothing better than lounging in a nice comfy pair of jammies that I also sleep in (unless it gets really hot) pretty much all year around...

How times change.

I wear joggers or a PJ bottom around the house, but sleep in the nuddy or (stick with me) when it’s colder I am a recent convert to the long bed shirt. It looks like I’m Grandpa from Willy Wonka but I find it super comfy, but I wear it Winnie the Pooh style with no bottoms. It’s not at all attractive but zero regrets
