nope get this instead https://pcpartpicker.com/list/YQ2k9K you were overpaying LOADS, this is both cheaper and faster, easily run 4k in any game

Thanks, any specific reason for using liquid cooler ?

it runs pretty hot, air is fine but liquid is ideal, only get air if you cant get liquid/cant fit in case etc but 360mm aio is best

You have like thr second best cpu which isn't a xenon or threadripper which runs extremely hot meaning you NEED liquid cooling else you will get throttling basically immediately

No, you don't. I have the same CPU and it runs sub 70 degrees Celsius with two fan tower air cooler. No throttling.

I see no problem with your build.

I use a 1TB for System and software and a M.2 and a 4TB for gaming. But that's just taste i guess.
also i recommend the Fractal Design North. \^\^

Swap GPU for RTX 5080 and you should be good. Might be able to find slightly cheaper RAM and SSDs but prices for those are gonna be egregious no matter what you do.

Your cpu is way way stronger than your gpu with a 9800x3d i would have at least a 5070ti, at the moment there is no point buying a 40 series card as amd is just better unless you need some nvidia only features
