Should I buy HP Ex950 1TB?

HI! Never used m2 slot before and my ssd in crystal disc shows 0% health. Looking for ssd for my pcie 3 system.
In my country currently HP Ex950 1TB is THE cheapest dram ssd from a reliable store.
I have already bought id cooling zero m15, but now I dive deeper into ex950 specs/reviews and now it looks suspicious. It can have some controller bug, hp/biwin warranty is non-existant and software that updates the ssd can brick it.
It's like 25% cheaper than any other ssd that has dram.
It's really hard to make a decision. Can you help me?

You do not need DRAM for an NVMe SSD. Just get any model that uses TLC flash.

I thought dram=ssd operates more correctly means lives longer
Cer_Visia@reddit
That was somwhat correct for SATA SSDs. But NVMe SSDs can access the PC's memory for the same effect.

interesting

How much of a gambler are you?
"...controller bug, hp/biwin warranty is non-existant and software that updates the ssd can brick it..."
Is 25% worth the risk?

I can lose more to save lessðŸ˜
Should I just search some dramless ssd?

Find whatever that is available, cost effective, AND has high positive user reviews...which the HP Ex950 appears falls on the latter.
The AI RAM-apocalypse's impact on SSD availability and pricing...***sigh***...is a unavoidable fact of life...good luck in your search.
